1The service
Dialsyx provides a browser phone for business calls to and from Pakistani numbers, with the tools shown on our plans page. Each line is one agent and one Pakistani number.
2Approval and trial
Accounts open only after we review your request form. We may ask for more information, approve a request or decline it. A trial or demo, if we offer one, is short, may be limited and ends without notice; it gives no right to continue.
3Your account
Give true information and keep it up to date. A login is for its named agent only and must not be shared. You are responsible for everything done through your lines and must tell us at once if a login is lost or misused.
4Plans and prices
Prices are in PKR per line per month and do not include sales tax. 5% sales tax is charged separately and shown on your invoice. Add-ons are priced per line. Team pricing applies from 3 lines. We may change the price for a later month by giving you at least 30 days’ notice.
5Payment
6Calling limits
The service connects calls to Pakistani numbers only, one call at a time per line, for up to 60 minutes each. Calls to emergency numbers and other short numbers are not supported, so never rely on the service in an emergency. Calling is unlimited in the month, under the Fair Usage Policy.
7Your responsibilities
Use the service for lawful business calls only, follow the Acceptable Use Policy, and follow the law on calls, marketing calls, caller identification, recording and personal data. You are responsible for the numbers you call and for what your agents say.
8Our service
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Calls depend on your internet, your device and the telephone networks. We may carry out maintenance and will warn you beforehand where we can.
9Our rights
We record every call. We may also monitor calling patterns and review call logs and recordings to check that you follow these policies and the law. We may suspend or end the service as set out in the Termination Policy.
10Data
The Privacy Policy describes how we use personal data. You own your contacts, notes, scripts and recordings, and you let us store and process them only to provide the service.
11Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dialsyx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, or for failures outside our control, including faults in telephone or internet networks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the claim arose. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
12The whole agreement
These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Fair Usage Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Call Recording and Consent Policy, the Billing, Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Suspension and Termination Policy make up the agreement. If they conflict, these Terms come first.
13Changes
We may update these policies. We post the new version with its date and tell you about changes that matter. Using the service after that date means you accept them.
14Law and disputes
These Terms follow the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to settle a dispute by talking; if that fails, the courts of Islamabad decide it.
